We are a faith-based nonprofit ministry who reaches out to single moms and dads, couples, teens and their families with classes designed to help parents in their journey through pregnancy and parenthood.

Staff and Board Members
Annette Dotterer
Director
Annette's life has been spent serving families in various capacities. As a young mom, Annette served in leadership roles on the Parent Teacher Student Association and Mother’s Creative Fellowship. Annette and her husband Larry did foster care for 9 years mostly with teens. She worked as the Support/Training Team Manager for Project 1.27, a Christian adoption ministry. In September 2008 she began working for Colorado Pregnancy Center as the director’s assistant. On January 1, 2010 Colorado Pregnancy Center became (d/b/a) Colorado Family Life Center and Annette assumed the role of director. Annette is a Colorado native who grew up in Aurora. She and Larry have been married for 30 years and have raised two biological children. She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, five siblings under the age of five (two biological and three adopted).
Michael Morgan
President
Michael is the teaching pastor at Wellspring Community Church. Before planting Wellspring, he served on staff with a branch of Campus Crusade for Christ called Here's Life Inner City in Denver, CO, and later with CCC's Prison ministry in Wisconsin. Michael graduated from the University of Kansas with a B.A. in Humanities, and also has a Master of Divinity degree from Golden Gate Seminary. Michael, his wife, Kate, and their three children live in Aurora, Colorado.
Nick Pollard
Vice President
Nick has been a practicing Pharmacist for Safeway since 2007. He completed his undergraduate courses at the University of Colorado in Denver in 2003. Nick then continued on to the University of Colorado Health Science Center where he earned his PharmD in 2007. During his graduate studies, Nick joined the Student National Pharmaceutical Association, where he served as President of the University of Colorado chapter and the Region IV Facilitator. Nick serves as an elder for Wellspring Community Church in Aurora, Colorado. Nick currently lives in Centennial, Colorado along with his wife, Jenn, and his two children, Kaleb and Dani.
Jennifer Pollard
Treasurer
Jenn has been a stay-at-home wife and mother since 2007. Jenn graduated from Colorado State University in 2005, earning a B.S. in Business Administration. During her time there, she was a part of Alpha Kappa Psi, a Professional Business Fraternity, where she served as head of various committees. After graduating, Jenn worked for Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. in Denver, Colorado as a sales associate for the Heating and Cooling branch until deciding in 2007 to stay home and raise her family. Jenn serves as a deaconess and children's ministry leader for Wellspring Community Church in Aurora, Colorado.
Rebecca Downey
Secretary
Rebecca has been working as a pediatric physical therapist for the last two years. She completed her undergraduate studies at Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington, where she met her husband of four years. She moved to Denver in 2006 for graduate school and in 2009, earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. While working as a pediatric physical therapist, Rebecca is actively involved in the lives of families promoting increased quality of life for children with special needs. Rebecca and her husband Ben live in Aurora, Colorado.
